New Appointment System
We have a new appointment system for patients using our Primary Care program at 415 Columbia Road. On any given day that you call us, we will try to give you an appointment with your provider that same day or the next day, for a regular check or a sick visit. If your provider is not available, we will offer you an appointment with another provider. You can call directly at 617-740-8003 or 617-287-8000 during regular business hours to make an appointment. We hope this new system will make it easier for you to see your own provider and on a day that is good for you. Of course, if you prefer to make an appointment for a set date and time, that is still your option. Our new Open Access appointment system will begin on Thursday, May 1, 2003..

Walk-in Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 11:30 AM

Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Saturday, 9 AM to 11:30 AM
URGENT CARE - If you have an urgent medical problem, you may call 617-287-8000
24-hours a day and we will reach a provider for you.
